This Privacy Policy explains how Xnable, Inc. collects, stores, uses, and shares personal information when you visit www.xnable.ai, submit an early-access request, or use our email preference links. It applies to the website and related request flows that are currently live.

What the website does not collect today

The website does not currently offer user accounts, billing, checkout, or in-product workspaces. The live flows are limited to early-access request intake and related email preference management.

  • send confirmation or follow-up email related to your interest in Xnable AI
  • manage unsubscribe and re-subscribe preferences for customer-facing email updates

3. Cookie and local preference storage

The website stores one local preference value after you acknowledge the cookie notice. That value is stored using local browser storage under the key xnable_cookie_preference so the notice can remain dismissed on that browser.

Essential site storage remains on. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are not active in this release, and this notice is not used to enable remarketing or other non-essential site tracking.

4. When we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the website and related request and email workflows.

  • Security and anti-abuse providers: to verify form submissions and protect the site.
